When Microsoft released Paint 3D - the classic Paint software, reimagined for 3D - I was invited among 10 creative leaders globally to form the Microsoft Creator Council and create programs inspiring creators on the suite of 3D design/dev tools. I worked closely with User Research & Product Marketing to create a proof-of-concept campaign that drives developer awareness and showcases the capabilities of the tool & Surface Pro.
I wanted to showcase the most unique aspect of this combination: the mobility of on-the-go Mixed Reality development.
The 3D art created in the video below was also used for Snapchat Lenses & Instagram Stories filters as additional pushes for the campaign.
